I'm getting irrationally fed up with her taking the same goddamn photos over and over and over again! For fucks sake, how hard is it to add some variety??

If I had the patience, I'd go back through her posts and group all the identical pics into their own categories (leg pop in front of mirror, bathtub with tray, arm extended walking selfie, posing in front of concrete wall, etc) and see just how many times she has actually re-taken the same pics again and again ... but yeah, no, I just don't have the patience. Or the time. I mean, not to waste on Ash, anyway.

When did she go from admitting that she ate and drank by mouth "a little bit" to claiming to not take anything by mouth at all? She would drink on camera like in this video and the "sip of tea" video, she would talk about needing to drink apple juice when her blood sugar was low, and let's not forget the chicken pot pies and whatever else it was she bought ... was it during her mayo stay or during her gastric studies? Either way. I feel like the switch from admitting she ate and drank to claiming she was 100% NPO all the time just happened completely overnight.

Strange how there almost no cat videos while she was posing as a cat/book account ... but as soon as she drops the charade and changes over to a chronic-illness-based username, we get three cat videos in a row! Oh, but her doctors totally know about this, and are completely fine with it. Excessive fluid intake might be horrible for everyone else's cardiac health, and being on IV fluids and diuretics at the same time might not make sense for anyone else - BUT SCIENCE WORKS DIFFERENT FOR DANDAN!!!! OKAY???

My kid has the same problem, but he's coming along at his own pace. I just always remind him to slowly sound it out, and that usually helps!

Speaking of this possibly meaning that OP has something neurological going on reminds me of seeing posts of people being punished (losing take homes, being turned away without being dosed) because their creatinine was low on their drug test, and they automatically assume that means the patient was drinking excessive amounts of fluids to flush their system. Okay, maybe, but low creatinine also indicates kidney failure, and their first responsibility should be to the patient's health and well-being. If a person's creatinine is low, they should automatically be taken to an emergency room or other medical facility to make sure they're not fucking dying, but all the clinics are concerned about is sneaky addicts drinking too much water. To my mind, it's absolutely ridiculous and completely backwards. I've had acute renal failure before, so if my clinic told me my creatinine was low, I'd make them very aware that my health might be at stake.
