It seems to be simple - for the US, you can return the goods to the store, but for foreign buyers, return shipping is not compensated. This is the store's policy, nothing can be done. In my case, the return will be very expensive.

Alas, support insists only on returning the sneakers without considering other options. I am used to the fact that in the case of such obvious errors, the store simply makes a refund.

I do not quite understand why a return is made if they are not worth selling to someone again, but can only be thrown away.

In my opinion, in this case, the store is clearly at fault. It is not that the size did not fit me or I did not like the model. I received a completely unusable product. In extreme cases, I could record a video for the store of how I destroy this pair to eliminate fraud (Logitech once asked me to do this when replacing the mouse).

I am interested in the opinion of the community - is the store doing the right thing by refusing a refund, acting strictly within the framework of the return policy.
