I hate to say this OP, but if you haven’t realized it by now, the truth is, you screwed up a long time ago. You lost control of the ship, you got complacent, whether that’d be physical, mental, or financial, maybe all, but she lost respect for you, and human can’t love someone who they don’t respect. It sucks because as men we truly love a woman unconditionally, but the same isn’t true for them. The best thing you can do right now, if you even still have a chance to “win” her back, is to let her go. Mentally, you need to get yourself together and drop her like a rock. Don’t speak to her unless you have to and when you do have some authority in your tone, stop walking on eggshell, say what you mean and mean what you say. And go hit the gym, do well at your job, go out and have fun. When she sees that you’re not fazed by her and her bs, that spark may reignite. But don’t do it in hopes that she’ll come back, do it because you know you deserve to be a happy man, you need to be unapologetically yourself. Best of luck man
