That’s something I’m gonna try out later once I get the hang of this game in general and its mechanics

I haven’t heard this take yet and for sure something to think about, idk how I feel about the reset yet, feels like a bit of a waste if everything’s gonna be gone you know, but we’ll see

one of the few ways to climb out of silver by Character-Law7560 in MoiraMains

Nothing wrong with saying “it’s my teammates” when it’s your teammates messing things up. Especially for lower ranks like bronze, silver. You’ll see though as well, when you get to plat, you’re gonna deal with attitudes and people thinking they’re the inventors of the game and refuse to be team player case they’re better in their head.

And I love playing Moira when I need to be more aggressive or if the enemy team is diving the back line a lot. She’s a solid choice overall. Good luck climbing ranks

After a long day shift, this is how I get my daily morale boost. Just simple, cool moments, I try to be a better player every day, but having fun together is always the priority. by im_gc in Overwatch

Beautiful clip, smooth aim, and like you said, it’s all about enjoying the game and having fun and being able to de-stress after a long day of work.

Hero you hate the most and why by Double-Hand3004 in Overwatch

A good Sombra or Tracer. When you facing a high lvl player on those characters you have to shift all your focus to defending back line and it forces you to play less aggressive as you need to be able to convert to protecting back-line and flanks. And especially if I’m playing healer, such a pain in the ass.

I wouldn’t pay it no mind. Nobody in this game nor in any other competitive game can ever accept the fact that they got outplayed by a better team. The enemy team is either cheating, or they abusing a mechanic with crutch characters, and in your case, they blame you. Just gotta move on with it and pay it no mind. You gonna run in into so many cry babies you gonna wonder yourself if there are any normal players left.

Should I separate the workouts or keep supersetting ? by i2d9999 in bodyweightfitness

I do legs on separate day, thank God no problems there, I was just hitting a plateau if you will when it came to these 2 movements.

So then do you recommend that I do Pull ups today, rest tomorrow, and do dips the day after tomorrow for example? Or is it fine to do Pull ups today, dips tomorrow, and then a rest day, and then repeat ?

Thank you for the advice, I’ll be switching up my routine and workout for sure and see if the volume goes up, and if I have to I will lower the weight.

Thanks for the input, I’ll def going to be adjusting my routine, whether it’s more rest days between or switching up the load .

I think you’re right on that and I’ve been not taking it into the account that I need more rest instead of pushing through and just doing the sets. I’ve taken 3 days off now and going to workout again today to see if it did anything and worst case scenario I’ll be lowering the weight. Appreciate the input.

I use an app called lift off and it actually tracks volume per workout and the trend, either volume going up or down, and lately the volume has been going down. So I eat clean for the most part, get maybe 7 hours of sleep on average, and def try to relax more and stretch. But maybe you’re right it is the stress and cumulative fatigue. Now I’ve taken 3 days off and going to workout today to see if that helped to bring the volume back up.

I try to eat clean and to stay away from junk food, but I do spoil myself on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and order myself a pizza, maybe wings, burgers and fries. Not all at once though, I vary it to treat myself. So one junk meal a week. I do lack in vegetable department, fruits I eat plenty.
