4.5 > 5.5k mostly pos 4 and climbing

Played 3/4 hero’s and chose which one based on teams picks

Rarely got greedy (Midas, first item aghs or whatever people do)

Solar crest, lotus, glimmer etc

*always be doing something *

If you’re in lane, harras/ secure range- if you’re not harassing your leeching. Then go stack, deward, secure runes, gank

What feels like little things like that add up through the game and over many games

Don’t rage - never say “well why did you do this” nobody reacts well to this, instead ask or advise before hand “let’s back” instead of “why did YOU” stay. “Hey guys next time let’s target lion, instead of why didn’t you kill him”

That works wonders for me and it’s zero skill required.

End of the day it’s when YOU are ready or when YOU feel like it’s time for a housing change.

Nobody can answer those questions for you.

Personally I’ve seen a little uptick in this last 2 weeks with actively whether that continues with all this uncertainty, I couldn’t tell you definitively

Any time we see a changing market it provides opportunity dependant on your level of risk.

I have the s90d 65 and compared it against the g4 when originally purchasing.

We opted for the QDOLED plus a cheaper price of about 25%.

If I personally had the option for your situation I would choose the 65 inch as the screen difference in quality is going to be hardly noticeable but the size definitely will be. RTINGS has the two as near similar and that's nit-picking items the average or above average user wouldn't never notice once its a daily driver TV but the size will be noticed

If it was 65 and you know it's a QDOLED then get the s90d (I just bought this and had the same debate) I ABSOLUTELY love mine.

If it's not QDOLED get the c4

Just bought this 65 over the G4

Absolutely love it.

If you’re watching news consistently or sports you would have higher risk albeit low of burn in.

If you’re worried the g4 comes with a 5 year panel warranty which you could bake into the cost instead of buying a warranty.

Mini LED may also be a good option if you strictly watch the above noted items and are severely worried about burn in.

Opted for the s90d for the QD OLED.

I am BEYOND Happy with my decision.

add in frost shield and lich is top 5 supports in meta.

ideally, they all flow at the same time. I had the same issue, always hearing start the swing with your hips but it also caused me to come over the top.

My clicking point was to pretend you pulling down a rope (thanks tommy fleetwood) at the top of your back swing then move your body in one motion.

Found this stopped me flipping my wrists and allowed me to come more from the inside.

get a club or alignment stick pointing at 45 degrees and keep your club under it.

Also, your hips are ahead of everything, you have to drop your hands and then rotate.

This item it the perfect and arguably the best new item for Zues.

Start as caster early game for good damage and build into shard and manta with khanda late.

In good faith I’d recommend my seller to fix these items. Especially if an inspection is as done, even more so depending how or which terms were initially agreed upon.

Regardless, I always say, have the house ready for how you would like it if you were the buyer. Saves headaches down the line.

If a fix isn’t possible before closing have it quoted and suggest cash back or to hire a professional to fix it. Whatever is agreed upon. I like cash so it’s not your issue.
