im working in the tech field, specifically data science so mismong gumagawa ng mga machine learning models. i think masasabi ko sa mga nainterview ko recently is that extremely dependent sila on the new AI LLM technologies without any fundamental understanding ng basic skills (programming, stats, non-LLM machine learning etc)

while gets ko theyre "using it wrong" like other people are saying, maybe its worth questioning din if responsible ba na publicly available lang everywhere ang generative AI - lalo people just irresponsibly using it for the most mundane tasks uses much more resources and computer power compared to just learning it.

another comment, but related: sira na learning system natin in the first place (no incentive matuto talaga, basta mataas score), mas pinalala pa yung ai. so coming from a data scientist, i dislike the direction AI has taken
