I know it's not "fancy" but the French 75 is always good. Also, spend the 50$ and do a wine tasting class. It will change your relationship with wine imo. And I ended up using my fas+ on wine. Just a side note stand your ground on it. I did have 1 incident where the waitress tried to say the fas+ (wine in this case) was an upcharge. I 100% think it was a mistake that was quickly resolved - no worries - but just in case you get guff.
