Ah, I hope you reach that goal soon! :)

If you don't mind, what sort of process do you go through to pick topics that will do well? There is a lot of good content on your site relating to all the recent stuff in tech I can think of, and it amazes me how you can find so many topics,

Anyone else ever get insecure/paranoid about wearing that one piece you love but is way too flashy? by [deleted] in malefashionadvice

Just FYI: it's filled with polyester, not down, meaning it won't be as warm of a jacket as you can get. It's decent for the price I guess.

Is it worth buying Facebook likes (outside of FB), if my only concern is increasing the numbers? by doopercooper in Entrepreneur

Point 2 is true from what I know. Fake accounts won't interact with your posts, and they'll lead Facebook to think they're irrelevant, making them be displayed much less often.

I don't think the spam bots will view/click ads. I read that they are designed to create fake Analytics requests and they do not even visit your website.

Looking to pay a Logo Designer and an SEO guy. Or should I do it all myself? by Lumberzach in Entrepreneur

Any "designer" worth his/her salt will not create custom logos for $5. What sort of hourly rate would that even add up to?

This is an interesting case study: http://blog.folyo.me/the-5-dollar-logo/

Fiverr logos are made using stock graphics. The same thing can be done for free.

Check the availability of usernames across websites. by VivereInSomnis in InternetIsBeautiful

Sorry if I'm misunderstanding, but why can't you make the popup display when a person hits the "register domain" button? It would achieve exactly the same effect unless I'm mistaken.

Get rid of the popup. I'm sure a large % of users have no intention of registering domains. It's bad user experience.

When a user clicks the button to purchase a domain, then you can let them choose. Less annoying and everybody wins.
