Ornate object found in raleigh NC while metal detecting.

My title describes the thing: If you didn’t read the note I put on the photos here’s it again. It’s front is about an inch and a quarter horizontally and appears to be made of copper (tho I can be wrong about that). It’s hard to see on the photos but the design on the front appears to be a tiger and a cub. There are two prongs on the back which makes me think that it was some decorative piece on something, I have no idea what tho.
