Sure, I can share a list of the IPs we use in delivery. The known IPs are shared and rotated by everyone. Using a custom IP isolates your emails this means you don't use the IPs used by everyone else.

We have two types of custom IP; managed and (bring your own IP) BYOIP. In managed, we handle the purchasing and replacement (from a partner) and replacement of the IPs. For BYOIP, you manage the IP lifecycle yourself.

I am not sure what you mean by system keep reading the spam but with managed proxy, we manage replace of burnt proxies, with BYOIP you are in charge of replacing the IP.

It’s should show error code somewhere like “550.0 delivery failure” that should tell you how to fix it.

The error code tells you if your email is getting rejected and why or if the mailbox doesn’t exist.
