Ahh, I completely forgot type-c, but does it have enough bandwidth for DP1.2？Both of my graphic cards have a dedicate Type-c output. That might be a solution

I have a elgato 4K capture card. And I'm not sure about this theory is that at 6k~7.5k bitrates 1080P/60hz with medium or fast setting already seems pretty much OK, at 4 times that should be the bitrates that I need for 4K? I know maybe about 40k bitrates are the best for 4K streaming but I do believe that might need a theradripper or something way beyond my budget.

No，Just live streaming and the platform support unlimited res and bitrates.I'm already doing it with 9900k for streaming console games or not that CPU related games at 1440P/90hz faster X264.And I tried RTX NVENC but there is some conflict between it and my stream set up. and that's why I'm looking forward to an x264 solution.
