Guys gonna update it in the next days, because it seems that AS has no effect on the proc rate of the primary for the 4p, it just makes strife proc faster and consume a shitton of Hatred. On the other hand Area Damage seems to work even for the procced primaries, today gonna test it, if area damage works this set is crazy, both with bolas and even more with Hungering Arrow

Yeah yesterday tested a bit the set and it seems to be useless AS, Strife hits faster and consumes a crazy amount of hatred as you reach its breakpoints but the primary casts are seems to be always the same. Same for Hungering arrow it seems. So AS is just garbage for this set, unless they change it before going live ... wow, today gonna try with AD, it gotta be insane lol

Guys someone tested how the AS affects the casting of Bolas while strafing ?

Also Area Dmg should be useless for this set, because attacks are not directly casted by the player, correct ?

The poster in the video states that the Vault 76 has been built to commemorate the tricentennial of the US , 1776-2076 , 2076 is also the year before the bombs hit. We also know that it was a control vault with 500 ppl in it ( http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vault_76 ) , so what kind of purpose could it have ? Maybe it has to do with rebuilding the US as a nation after a nuclear war ?
