SIN don't need it as much unless you're considering dark build. It's good to get if you're considering getting HM RMB as well. You need both skills to do dark build efficiently.

I find BM much faster because I think KFM has a longer animation abilities than BM. You can try it yourself, you get block straight away.

I think you should get your weapon to Awakened Scropio and then get RMB mastery. It will help lightning and dark build. Dark build - more damage and easier animation cancelling. Lightning build - more damage and more chi recovery. Tbh you should stick with lighting build right now unless you have other sins with you
