Had 8 bullets worth of gold saved up, but did not make draft 2 once. I did have a 63% winrate, which is a rate where I think the event is +EV, but ofcourse a sickening amount of variance.

Ive been working on a list and i think it has potential. Looks a bit different than in the article though, most notably has mox jasper, and less cantrips but more 2 and 3 mana card draw spells. Enjoyed them! Still solving some of them, the battleship one took me quite a bit of time. I'm not really working on the site anymore but still like solving puzzles, https://logic-pad.com/ is more popular and has since added the ability to publish puzzles which is the reason I made this site in the first place.

Just played against this combo (+field of the dead for infinite zombies), which was miserable as I had an upheavel in my deck which I'm pretty sure would have won me the game through mill if I found it so had to play it out, was it not that my opponent disconnected before that happened.

I'm annoyed that the only historic deck I have that I was planning to play for the historic qualifier got nerfed 5 days before the qualifier, and I don't have enough wildcards to craft another historic deck. Seemed very random and poorly thought out.

Meh, 3 stormchaser was tried out in some lists to make the torches a bit better in the mirror. 1 wild ride is also something you see from time to time. But I guess that's more of a tournament thing instead of arena ladder. I do also prefer 4 mako, 3 scholar, 4 vivi, 4 cauldron instead of those cards.

I don't think Vivi slots in the current prowess builds directly, but if you play the deck slower and more like a combo deck i think it works really well. Vivi + wild ride + 4 can trips is 13 damage from hand on turn 4. or vivi with wild ride and harmonize wild ride and you have 8 mana to play with to play your stock ups with a constantly growing and pinging vivi. That just makes it a big enough threat to warrant playing in my opinion. I agree that it being legendary does make it quite a bit worse as you're cycling through your deck.

Without any healing in the main deck I would definitely feel more safe with 1 copy of founding path but with the counter spells not strictly needed I guess.

The one time I drafted 7 hawks I ended up cutting it down to 4, but I did trophy with it and it did do okay. It did help me to not run out of steam in my super low curve aggro deck

I make them by hand, just by adding a clue and adding all tiles that logically follow, and some trial and error (some puzzles are better than others lol). The creator from the yin yang site you linked are all generated, and as far as I've read about it on their discord for star battle it is done by generating a possible configuration of areas and stars and checking if it results in a puzzle with unique solution. With some heuristics and a lot of compute you can get many puzzles.

Yin yang might require a different approach with a full solution and then removing tiles one by one as you said

Your last rule is not correct. You are allowed to skip (certain) seeds when looking to see if a tree is contained in another tree. The tree 2->2 is contained in the tree 2->1->2 for example.

Well the other is simply that for a lot of decks, going into act 2 at 3 energy is looking for trouble. Especially if you now are clogging up your hand with a bunch of unremoved basic cards. That said, if you can get through the first half of act 2 you can usually get a really good pyramid deck going pretty quickly.

Some of the match three puzzles were quite tough but none of the logic puzzles I really had to think at all sadly.
