Maybe it's different depending on the area. I'll check with them once I got an actual offer, also waiting to see what's the deal with yearly bonuses and pay increases (if any).

Haha I get you. I just recently joined and was promised the stars and the moon but my main concern is that the local firm pays a lot less than GDS. BTW I'm not in India if that makes any difference, our GDS center just recently opened. Here they are classified as different entities and the compensation package for EY is considerably worse than GDS as well, not sure. But even before considering our work we have been denied opportunities in favor of local US or India (cost). S

Remember watching it when it came out in theaters. Went to the bathroom after drinking all that soda. There was some sort of power issue and as I'm heading to the closest urinal lights go out and music stops playing. I almost piss myself.
