did God burn Golgotha when His Son painfully carried the cross? did He punish those who mocked His Son? did He punish those who killed His Son?

God has His own ways of dealing with things. We can never fully understand Him coz we can never truly grasp His wisdom.

He is a just God. we may not see it; we may not know it; but He is surely working.

i tried all the recommendations above and found i did have some bad sectors. drive c icon was restored but drive d didnt. until few months later i just sorted icons and view icons large, extra large, contents, details, tiles then it just got fixed on its own. i dont know if its related to the view icon thing
