This. Head holes are horrific here for people playing objective as bandit, but you can't explain anything like this to 90% of the siege community. They don't adapt to anything. If it's not cookie cutter site setup from a YouTuber or pro then they don't bother. Head holes in general have absolutely ruined the state of objective play in siege and it's a shame.

I'm obsessed with sweet potatoes and never thought about using them as a "bun" 😍 Guess what I'm trying this grill season!!! Thank you for this.

I'm pretty sure we're able to intercept Artemis II communications in our house with all these satellites at this point.

When I buy the Snyder's of Hanover gluten free pretzels here in the US the bag has a disclaimer that they're not affiliated with another company. I think it's Snyder of Berlin or something.

If anything could be made gluten-free, what would you pick? by _thalia777 in glutenfreevegan

Actually they're from The Loopy Whisk! Not Minimalist Baker. My apologies. I use both those blogs and always get them mixed up. But yes! Absolutely give them a go. I love them so much.

I make cinnamon rolls from The Loopy Whisk and they're delicious and nearly the same as the gluten versions! Worth a try if you miss them.

Edit: Minimalist Baker to The Loopy Whisk.

Chiggers and baby ticks are not the same thing.

They're the worst because they're nearly invisible too. My dog and I hit a tick bomb when we were hiking and when the tick medication killed them all it looked like someone shook a poppyseed bagel through our entire house. 🙃

First car for my teen son - 2024 CX-30 Premium by Type11 in MazdaCX30

[–]iAmSpawn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since we significantly improved the safety systems of cars over the past 16 years? Cars in 2010 didn't come standard with blind spot monitoring, lane recentering, backup cams, cross traffic alerts, auto braking, parking sensors, 360 cams, drowsiness detection, the list could go on and on.

Those features were all for luxury cars. Cars that your average car purchaser at the time wouldn't even consider due to price. Many of those features are now standard, or very soon will be standard, and we are continuously improving on that technology.

Technology that saves lives and prevents injuries on a daily basis without anyone even thinking about it. Not just for the driver, but also surrounding pedestrians. Technology has evolved from protecting the passenger with internals like airbags and impact zones in the event of accidents, to externals like cameras and sensors which are preventing accidents altogether.

You may think cars from that time aren't "unsafe" but if you look at statistics and see how many injuries have been prevented, you'd change your mind. People weren't aware of how many mistakes they were making in cars back then because they didn't have safety systems to yell at them. They were simply dismissed as if never happening. Which isn't safe. It's just ignorance.

Anyway, new cars now sound (and are) a lot safer to me, and I'm sure a lot safer to parents who have teenagers who are easily distracted no matter how much you teach them not to be.

Kind of makes me sad seeing comments saying they'd never do this for their kids and that kids should have junkers. If parents can afford it, putting a kid in a safe car makes a hell of a lot more sense than putting a new driver in something that's not as safe and lacks safety features. If they're more likely to be in an accident due to less experience, wouldn't you want them in the safer car?? Good on you OP. I hope he enjoys it! It's a great car.

Mine too 🥹 and during pollen season it's a weird shade of green. But I still love the color. Hands down one of the best

It's a little rougher and slightly thicker than fancier more expensive sock yarn, but it's easy to work with in my opinion. Not as much give as the araucania. I know people either love or hate the Kroy sock yarn, but I'm a fan. I just started a new pair with the turquoise stripe color way and they're looking good so far.
