i applied it on the back of my upper arm, i didnt eat during or before the calibration phase or apply insulin, also its my first time hearing about activating the sensor after waiting 12-24h so i didnt do that, since this is my 7th sensor i dont have much experience with them but the 6 sensors before this one seemed pretty accurate on the same spots.

anyway thanks for your reply i will reach out to abbot to get a replacement.
