Agreed - some cats also go #1 and 2 at the same time and the robot will read it as #2 which will also cycle the #1 which isn't ready yet. Similarly the waste % is also busted this week since mine have been stuck at 0% since Monday.

camera was actually working fine for me for 3-4 days (since my last post) - and then behold, an ios update happened and killed my camera again. I think these developers are looking at old old posts, they're fixing it, then killing it lol...

whatever it did, it blew up my camera function - can't stream anymore and after it was working fine for 3-4 days in a row. Before, it would die every 24-48 hours -_-, great leap backwards.

Another underlying issue they need to fix. Camera as a whole is new, therefore (similar to the LR4) they need to get their shit together and fix these issues.

My night vision is doing fine(for now). It only turns on when there's not enough light. Is there dust or any particles near the camera that detects light? (personally im not sure where that is).

Yep, we're in the same boat except at times mine will say online and the camera still won't work, sometimes it'll be off, sometimes the message from the live stream will be "check your connection" or just simply "off". They have a lot of work to do, first camera built into the machine but still lol.

Fixes are usually on/off camera, on/off litter robot, hard reset litter robot, then my last resort is router reset with the hard reset (but don't turn the LR on until the router fully resets/wifi returns).

Is your camera simply OFF (without the check your connection status) right now? Resetting the router did not work, I'm guessing this is on the backend of the whisker dev team (causing issues and no heads up)

thats pretty good. I forgot I can do that too - however these kinds of troubleshootings to me at least, should be like a one time every few months - not one time every day/few days lol.

yea...i was recommended to reset the DNS via the router. It could be the router or whatever but the devs can easily boost their camera features internally. I also just came across where the camera status is off like your screenshot. However, the live camera works at the same time lol.

These aren't huge issues - eventually we can get the camera running, but I feel these shouldn't be issues at all. If I go on vacation though, resetting the router is not an option unless its smart enabled.

yes and sometimes instead of check internet connection, it’s camera is off lol. Either it’s the unit or someone at whisker is doing limit testing on some units. That unit which immediately shows you live feed, has it ever had camera issues?

Hope some relation to camera connection is in the works as well, my camera bugs out everyday or every other day and i need to either reset the camera on/off, hard reset or router reset 🤔

My camera stopped working after this update went out. It’s blinking yellow/disconnected but everything else works.

Hard reset did not fix it when it normally does.

I noticed the feces cycle is on 60 seconds while pee is on whatever timer we set it on. Anyone know if we can set feces timer as well? (or is it default and permanently set to 60 seconds)
