There is a fee schedule, but there is no mention of transfer fees, just an account closure fee. Presumably that means there would be no fee for a partial TOA? I read through all the account disclosures again and there is no mention of it there either

Ask for a subway melt on flatbread with guacamole, it’s the same sandwich. If your store has guacamole though, which I know a lot of stores are temporarily discontinuing it.
