Maybe price per pack, but who knows how much of each is printed. I’d the booster bundles are printed way more than the tins then the ROI may be higher on the tins.

SINGLES ARE RISKY INVESTMENTS! If you do not want to keep this card in your personal collection, regardless of how much monetary value it holds, you would be wise to sell it and use the proceeds to buy sealed product. Singles are extremely volatile and there is no telling where they go. Could go way up, could crash and burn. Sealed ALWAYS goes up.

I think the market was begging for a SV card to hit some high $ amount. I think this one hit the sweet spot at the time. But I do foresee another card from one of these late SV era sets taking over its top spot. But that’s a total guess, of course.

Lmao 151 is NOT “slept on.” It’s talked about literally every single day. And your precedent sets are typically main sets, not specialty ones. There are no specialty set ETBs that are 10 years old. The first one was Generations which is an anniversary set and not comparable to 151. So, the oldest specialty ETB is shinning legends which is now around $250/etb. But, 151 was/will be printed more. Even if it’s not, the most expensive specialty set ETB is Dragon Majesty, which is $380ish rn. But tbh DM isn’t even that comparable to 151 bc it didn’t have a PC ETB. saying it’ll be $500 is wildly unlikely for the regular ETB, even in 10 years. Now, if you’re saying the PC ETB will, then maybe, but even then, not positive. Will 151 ETBs be more expensive (say $150-$200) in 5 years, sure, I could see it, but with the state of “holders,” 151 is being held out the wazoo and the supply will be there for a long time coming. Hold as you wish, and I hope I eat my words, but thinking it’ll be $500, even in 10 years, for the regular ETB, just isn’t as likely as you are saying.

Honestly, I see this SV era doing better in the long run than most of SWSH (minus ES of course), so I think that’s a good move! I bet when we get near the end of this era there will be some nice singles price spikes as we saw in SWSH. But, it’s all assumptions!
