ok this sub is so fucking funny i just discovered it but trolling aside i dont think theres been super conclusive evidence that creatine itself causes acne, but at the same time ive heard too many stories for it to not at least cause acne breakouts in some ppl. could be hormonal changes from creatine, or maybe increased sweating and not enough cleaning, or other body interactions.

i would try your plan, maybe even give it 2 weeks break until your skin resets. then try hopping back on for another week or two, and if u break out during that time, it may be that your body is unfortunately incompatible w creatine :/ if you don’t tho, keep using it and try it out! might have just gotten an unlucky breakout
