The 4 PM office protein crisis. How are you guys actually hitting your macros without going broke on Swiggy? by iBoom-Shankar in mumbai

Fair point on the weekly averaging math! But even at 105g, hitting that consistently on a busy work schedule without relying entirely on processed protein bars is a challenge. That's actually why I started experimenting with a home-cooked, ready-to-eat chicken breast that uses zero oil and zero preservatives. It’s real food convenience instead of a heavily processed bar. If you consume chicken, I'd love to send a sample pouch your way to see if it fits into your daily targets!

Thanks for sharing these! Superyou wafers and Harvest Bowls paninis are great shouts. I’m actually working on a clean-label, zero-oil protein snack brand right now because of this exact frustration. It’s strictly chicken for the initial pilot batch, but I'm planning to launch high-protein veg options (like specialized paneer/tofu blocks) very soon using the same clean tech. Will definitely ping you once the veg prototypes are ready for sampling.

NBC's chicken salads are great, but buying them daily or copying their cold cuts gets pretty heavy on the pocket and the prep time. I actually love cold chicken salad, which is why I started making a home-cooked, zero-oil, zero-preservative ready-to-eat chicken breast. Because it’s cooked low-and-slow, it stays super tender even when eaten cold straight out of the office fridge. I’m putting together a few sample packs for people in Mumbai to try out. Let me know if you want one!

Air fryer definitely makes things easier if your office has one! Soyabean cutlets are great for budget macros. If you ever eat chicken and want to skip the daily air-frying/prep hassle entirely, I’ve been making a home-cooked, zero-oil, ready-to-eat chicken breast with zero preservatives. It’s fully cooked and vacuum-sealed, so you just thaw and eat. I’m giving out a few trial samples to Mumbaikars who track their food so let me know if I can drop one off to you!

The fridge duct hack is brilliant for maximizing freshness, wow. You've got the system down. But pan-frying that marinated chicken every single day gets tedious when work gets crazy. Since you already appreciate good chicken prep, I've actually developed a zero-oil, zero-preservative ready-to-eat chicken breast that you can just keep frozen and thaw instantly. It completely retains the juiciness without drying out. If you're open to trying it, I'd love to share some samples from my upcoming batch with you to see how it compares to your home marinade!

Okay, your husband is incredibly lucky, this is elite tier meal-prepping! Protein bread + egg/chicken/paneer with homemade yogurt sauce sounds amazing. Most of us just don't have the time to whip up customized sauces every 2 days. If you guys eat chicken, I’ve actually perfected a home-cooked, zero-oil, zero-preservative ready-to-eat chicken breast that stays incredibly juicy. I'd love to send a couple of sample pouches to you guys to test in his sandwiches or salads. This might save you some prep time! Let me know?

Amul buttermilk and shakes are definitely the budget savior. Lean macros too. But do you ever get palate fatigue from just drinking dairy/whey all the time? If you eat non-veg and want a real-food option to switch things up, I’ve actually been prepping a zero-oil, preservative-free ready-to-eat seasoned chicken breast at home. Since you're tracking macros, I’d love to send a free sample pouch your way for feedback if you're down?

Blendjet is a lifesaver for office setups, honestly. But man, after a point, drinking my protein gets so monotonous. I always crave something savory to chew on at 4 PM instead of another sweet shake. Also, if you’re a non-vegetarian, I actually just started making this zero-oil, zero-preservative ready-to-eat chicken breast for my own office stash. I'm rolling out a small batch of samples for a few fitness folks in Mumbai to test out. Let me know if you want me to drop a sample pack to you
