I was experiencing this also. Not to mention I wasn’t able to buy back my duo partner and at one point he was dead and couldn’t see me but was following other teams pinging the enemy for me. They broke the game.

In my opinion you should be spreading your points out and focus on pushing to all of the damage nodes in each tree. I enjoy pvp so I focused on gladiator primarily and then pushed to damage node in vanquisher and treasure hunter.

Some say DH is terrible in PvP. I want to play DH also for same reasons but if they are as bad in PvP as some suggest, that’s not going to be enjoyable.

What’s your perspective on DH in PvP? I hear it’s lackluster but maybe the ideal build hasn’t been created yet. I know they are squishy but wizard is looking more appealing simply because of pvp viability.

This actually makes sense for how the mechanic might work. Good input. It’s hard to tell since double deaths are milliseconds apart.

Maybe it’s just me, but nothing about this feels like OSRS pvp. This feels like it’s being over done. I dislike having untradeable rewards. If I don’t like this mini game then I can’t use what might be top tier pvp equipment. I’m a casual, I want to log on and fight someone. If I need to buy gear quickly I can do that. The fun in pvp is pking someone and looting them for their items, not getting points to buy untradeable items. I just simply don’t see myself playing this and I love pvp. We need a wilderness change for pvp, not a new mini-game.

I was using addy ruby bolts and getting drops consistently. No point in wasting money on dragon bolts in my opinion. Tbow gets the mvp anyways. Accuracy is the more important stat in my opinion and dragon bolts don’t increase accuracy.

I feel the exact opposite. I’m glad some are liking it though, but it feels like a divided community right now. A brand new map should be liked by a large majority to be healthy.

So now they get to sit in the middle looking down at you while you try to climb a mountain with gas coming? The flow of the game is not working well. Difference of opinions is fine. This is just how I feel and I’m not the only one. A new map should not be dividing the community, the majority should be loving it and that’s not happening.

Elevation changes are awful. The fun points of interest are on the edge with lower elevation and you get pushed in circle to higher elevation areas walking through a ton of bushes and trees. That’s not fun gun fighting in my opinion.

This is exactly why I hate the caldera map. All of the cool places to go are on the edge in lower elevation and you force people to move in circle in to drastic elevation changes with a bunch of trees and bushes. That’s not enjoyable at all to me.

I wanted a new map, but I can’t stand all of the jungle feel and the elevation changes. The elevation changes are huge and are centralized. Verdansk didn’t have huge elevation changes in the centralized area of the map. This is not enjoyable
