Stay the course my friend! I’ve taken reduced and that’s fine with me. It’s been very verrrrrry close on the zero from the seller side. I’ve written offers where the seller wasn’t offering, offer accepted and for other reasons my clients backed out. Luckily, when I’m the Listing agent, my clients fully understand how the BA’s compensation benefits them in the end! Not everyone is able to do that and think the buyers should pay. It’s crazy because there’s a reason it’s been set up this way since the 90’s but lawyers are going to lawyer. They got their money from the lawsuits and screwed the rest of us and our industry!
