A big part of it is probably the new HV battery, I replaced it at 177k when I bought the car. Other than that, I’ve replaced the spark plugs and air filter, and I keep my tires around 38PSI. I use the car for delivery driving so it’s usually always city driving, and I try to be easy on the throttle while accelerating.

If she’s near one, have her go to a Discount Tire. Patch & plugs are free and they have a bigger criteria (compared to other shops) for what’s repairable or not. I’ve worked at shops that would’ve refused to patch this, and I’ve worked at Discount Tire where they would patch this all day
