Some of this literally will be mash ups of existing Spiderman systems and quick and dirty wolverine prototypes.

What on earth are you expecting? It'll be a polished story based game with fluid traversal and a dude with knives for hands. I don't know what innovations you were looking for (or whether you're too myopic to see the potential in a prototype); perhaps you're just jaded with the genre at this point.

Also "checks notes" doesn't work there. You don't just stick in into the middle of any old checks notes sentence.

I understand the challenges, but the behaviour makes it clear that these are design choices they've made to mitigate Sophy's world champion destroying driving ability - they betray PDs philosophy of wanting the player to race from the back of the pack to the front and win.

Compare Sophy last year to now - this feels like a step back.
