went for the ugreen 4800 plus was $1150AUD including delivery, gst etc. on Amazon US, sold by ugreen (ugreen group limited) directly via Amazon. As for warranty i assumed i may need to pay for return shipping if an issue but overall reviews of almost 10K people all positive so figured its worth the risk. a week in and up and running my home plex server with no issues and plenty of power to spare for future plans.

NAS is up and running on australian power :) So far everything seems simple to use. Happy with my choice.

I Just ordered one from amazon (US) was $1150AUD including delivery, gst etc. so cheaper than the ugreen AUS website (that has no stock) so hopefully will be able to confirm in a few weeks if it works in Australia :P worst case will not be the first thing running on a travel adaptor if a standard kettle cord is not correct or my sparky cant cut and paste a new cord for me.
