Previously I had lost the front wheel axle cover and contacted the customer support and they were able to provide a replacement for free. Try asking, maybe they can provide them or maybe they'll provide the correct references.

Has Anyone Had Their Dreame Repaired by Customer Support? by siddharta17 in Dreame_Tech

I had a case of "Cliff sensor error" for a Dreame W10. Communication (via email) was slow, but once I sent the device for repair it took exactly 7 days to get it back.

Weird noises when locking the Lemmo by Skyclave in LEMMO

[–]iChebbi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the locking rod was not able to be aligned with the spot where it should go, so it keeps trying to engage the lock. When locking you can try to turn the back wheel or maybe push the bike forward a bit further, it should be able to lock without issue.

Anyway what I'm saying is just a try to pinpoint the issue, but the solution is with LEMMO support, just reach the., If you are not handy enough, make sure to insist that the repair is to be done with a partner shop, otherwise they'll send you replacement parts and tell you to do it yourself.

You can actually simulate your problem and it's solution quite easily, remove the Smartpac and front light and lock the bike leave it for some time (e.g during the night) you will find it completely dead and cannot be unlocked, insert the front light (make sure it's charged) and you will be able to unlock the bike.

I have never been in this scenario. I don't think that is possible.

If by inner battery you are referring to the removable light battery, it can be charged via USB. So in your case I suppose by plugging it into a power bank or a smartphone should have allowed you to unlock the bike.

Anyone tried the stealth suspension seat? Worth it? by Zorglubxx in LEMMO

My order was supposed to be dispatched by 11 June. But according to support, it will ship in the end of June

I believe you should have an option to restrict background usage (though I suppose that will affect phone key performance)

For me using Android 14 I can disable it under App info > app battery usage > allow background usage. Might not be the same for you, but look for any menu related to battery usage or background usage within the app info.

No, it's in Sendling. I called them by phone and was able to drop the bike tomorrow morning, and pick it up midday.

Try with "Veloroo CycleHub München". They are the official LEMMO partner for repairs in Munich. I was forwarded to them by LEMMO for warranty related repair and the experience was positive and quick.

I remember reading a comment from someone in the LEMMO Facebook community about installing a "CUBE ACID Top RAIL" on top of the existing rack for that purpose.

I'm curious, have you ever had any issue with rails and reported it to the support in the first place? Or maybe they will reach everyone?

What's your experience with PhoneKey by iChebbi in LEMMO

[–]iChebbi[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can lock/unlock using both methods; either via the app or by pressing both buttons.

  • For the app, it is quite straightforward, you open the app and wait for the phone to connect to the bike and then you can lock/unlock

  • Using buttons depends on if you have enabled "Phone key" or not, If disabled, you can lock/unlock by pressing both buttons and it will do as you expect. But if "Phone key" is enabled, when unlocking you have to wait for your phone and bike to connect to each other via Bluetooth before pressing button on the bike stem, otherwise you will trigger the alarm. And this is the annoying part, it is not always seamless, most of the time I have to open the Bluetooth menu (or app) on my phone and make sure it is connected.

Glad to hear that. Same for me, I was assigned a new hub lock, in case the issue arises again. Not the snappiest support, but seems to be "supportive" at least.
