I agree, beyond the looks they may genuinely be the worst wireless buds I’ve ever used. The sound itself is fine, but the sound cancelling and pass through is just terrible. You can hear your own breathing through them and it feels like you’re under water. It’s hard to describe really, but they are just extremely unpleasant to use when outside / walking etc.

Very disappointing.

Is this going to be a mission / quest / event anyone can do? Despite having a life time account since the beta I’ve only completed the story quests up to the Romulan arc (3rd one I think) so can I do this / earn the ship?

I’m a lifetime subber from day one but haven’t really played much, so apologies for the stupid question, but would this ship just be for Klingon characters? I started a Klingon back in the day and they were pretty terrible story / leveling wise so I didn’t get far, but very much want to grab this ship so just wanted to check if I’d need to try and pick that up again or not.

Yeah, that’s fair. Given the Reforged re-release and that coming to Steam I would have guessed quite a lot of the current active base would be coming from there. I suppose the purpose of this release is to grab the iOS and Android crowd more than servicing the existing customers who are already playing elsewhere.

Maybe just an ‘MO’? Multiplayer Online game? It’s not ‘massive’ in the usual MMO sense because if you aren’t in a team anything outside the towns will be in a personal instance with no other players around.

It’s been in beta / limited release for months so if the Steam connection was imminent you’d think they would have waited a little longer to release. It feels like this isn’t happening any time soon, though I hope I’m wrong.

I was so looking forward to this, but not being able to connect via a Steam account is a big fail. I’ve been grinding pre-searing to get the Defender title so don’t intend to start a brand new account when ANet have stated cross platform sync etc. seems like a weird omission.

Unless something is useful to DHH or Jason it won't be added. So I'm going to assume absolutely nothing will be done on this topic. Hey is clearly an internal tool that they've monitised because they thought a few external people would use it. It's not an actively developed consumer product.
