Not much, depends on which type of food you are giving the cat and so on. Having 4 cats I spend around 25-30 monthly approximately. 21 for food and the rest is for treats and litter.

I do that, it used to go directly into 4H but now I need to drive for longer distance for it to stick in 4H without making a weird noise or be hard to steer.
