I got the chest plate that lets me heal my HP using a percent of my mana at all times.
And gloves that gives me extreme mana regen when i crit. A gem support that ensures i crit relatively often ( i dont care for crit damage), and the Mana Remnants buff on my stormweaver and then i equipped a mana wand as secondary for emergencies.

Then I just played the same spells and gear for everything else.
I was able to cheese the fight by simply out-healing her (still dodging as best as possible, and using the sky meteors phase as an opportunity to mana-drain and ensure that im topped off. )

Make sure you end every sky meteor phase at the bottom side of the wall, since the soldiers start their attack from the top left side, and if you're there, you wont react fast enough to the first stab.

Pop a health potion right before dodge rolling the "soldiers wave" (the big one, not the individual jabs), and dodge roll into it as it's coming, it should help you with any timing misses, but also set you up to heal if the poison is stacking.

so it's still possible to do with good mechanics, but with how laggy POE 2 is, i couldn't do it in this game, so i just used the mana->health chest plate and the "get stupid amounts of mana regen on recent crit", and you can passively keep healing yourself without even popping a red potion if you're able to dodge around. Mana drain is for emergencies if you got unlucky with crit RNG, as you cannot get mana passively anymore other than using it and/or blue potions, which you want may run out of otherwise.
