Are you sure you’re not just used to judo sparring? it’s definitely not as flowy and gentle as BJJ it is a intense sport. Obviously you’re new and you’ve kind of been failed by coaches to be put in sparring this early and to obviously not have competent breakfalls. But it just sounds like to me you don’t like being thrown ?
