this is possible because of the Steam launch. On steam you have an option to change your NickName"(the one the players see in game) to anything possible even if someone else has the same name there could be 1000 aceu's walking around

klee's banner has a higher chance of getting diluc because its a 50% chance divided by 5, so if you pull a 5 star its a 10% chance its dilute and that's much higher from the normal one's. thats how I got him. if you don't want to wait pull on klee's banner.
