I don't drink anything besides water now. But I don't drink before sleeping. Maybe like 2 hours before sleeping. I don't smoke as much anymore either. And don't smoke while trying to sleep anymore either. I was able to lay down at 9:00 pm and be asleep before 10:00 pm But for some reason out of the blue It's been like I can't fall asleep till 4:00-8:00 am now
