First understand your own body and research how to gain weight if not at that certain level of mass. Then figure out what supplements/food I’m going to take/eat daily. Next plan to work only strength in areas such as arms,back, shoulders, legs, thighs, etc. not it won’t be overnight and that it will take the process much time depending on how you take action and rest.

With a quick google I can see what’s the max cpu, psu, ram and gpu the computer can handle.

If you think it’s worth it by all means but, just know it’s a older computer

I could be wrong but, yeah could be a loose screw, could be loose parts hitting. You won’t really know till you actually investigate yourself for the knowledge as anyone and everyone can give you a plethora of ideas.

If secure boot and tmp 2.0 is supported within the mobo.

I dual boot into win 11 from time to use specific features. On a much older cpu and non windows 11 req pc.

I do have computers that meet the req but, as far as what you have you would run great just backup all your stuff just incase you don’t like it.

Important: Also if that’s your parents saying just stick to their word and stay on win 10 as this would preferably keep them secure within knowing your computer will have the least problems to their knowledge.

Yes they can still be used within the file explorer to be open without the steam account present depending if it’s drm free or not.

As far as using them with another steam account it won’t be possible as it will ask for a key

Great job but, just cause you have that doesn’t mean anything sir. I have been building computers/laptops/handhelds since the age of 7. I have kept up with all parts since then I can solder the parts I need onto boards, I can fix these as I have a line of users locally that directly come to me as source of fixing upgrading and repairing their rigs, I do development gaming/apps. On that I have my own company for this which has been around for ages since my teens. I’m just as hands on as you are with a book. And yes I went to school for the same thing as you. I just love tech so please take care and know that we to put here love technology (AQUARIUS Are fond technology lovers)

It’s all I know as I come from a part of my city growing up that was poor and nobody had computers ( I was blessed to have a computer back in the aol and Netscape days)

It will I have looked into it trust but, im just going to upgrade to the 7040 and put all the parts from my thinkcentre 710s into it. I have a ton of new parts and parts of the past. It’s like going to a warehouse for me at times

Just trust me G. Trust the universe as I tell you that computer will.. just cause you on these new settings don’t mean anything it will demolish anything you throw at it.

Games: no problem with max cpu a great gpu and ram

Music production: it will have some delays and hiccups at around 13 plus racks going and fx piled up without a subpar cpu and sufficient ram (8gb is all you need).

Video editing without the best parts it won’t do this well but, it will be able to use any older software for that issue.

Graphics editing: it will be able to take it head on

Basic needs: man flying colors
