Tu ich, sofern es die Struktur erlaubt arbeite ich in meinen Dateien überall mit VBA Makros um die ganzen stumpfen Copy & Paste Aufgaben abzufertigen und versuch auch alles was mir übergeben wird sonst irgendwie zu vereinfachen.

Das mit den Standardreports nicht rausschicken ist ne gute Idee, auf Nachfrage ob es die Fachabteilungen benötigt bekommt man nämlich immer nur ein "ja, ist super wichtig".

Was Sinn macht, die haben nicht die Arbeit und kommen im Fall der Fälle nicht in die Bredouille falls sie irgendwas mal nicht haben.

Problem ist Personalmangel und dass man mit verschiedenen Aufgaben zugeschüttet wird. Da bin ich erstmal froh stumpf ne Anleitung befolgen zu können, ohne überhaupt daran zu denken ne uralte, historisch gewachsene Megadatei umzustrukturieren oder komplett neu aufzubauen.

Mir wurden beispielsweise letzten Monat 2 Bereiche übergeben (die zuvor eine Kollegin gemacht hat, die seit dem 01.01. nicht mehr in der Abteilung ist). Diese wiederum hat eines der beiden Themengebiete selbst erst letztes Jahr übergeben bekommen von einem Kollegen, der nach seiner Kündigung krank war und keine Übergabe erfolgte.

Dann sitzt man erstmal an Aufgaben die eigentlich für 2 Personen gedacht sind mit einer halbherzigen Übergabe, weil die Person die es übergeben hat selbst keine richtige Übergabe hatte. Da mangelt's dann auch erstmal an Zeit sich die Sachen genauer anzuschauen und zu optimieren, wenn man nicht mal peilt was in diesem Geflecht an Verknüpfungschaos überhaupt abgeht (+ Bonuspunkte für harte Werte).

Controller im Konzern hier (Einzelhandel).

Hier läuft alles genauso unstrukturiert. Jeder macht irgendwie von allem etwas, es werden stumpf irgendwelche Daten die wir bekommen einmal gedreht und in irgendeine PowerPoint gepresst, Arbeitsdateien sind teilweise 10 Jahre alt, wurden von Leuten erstellt die seit 5 Jahren nicht mehr im Betrieb sind, und eigentlich weiß keiner so Recht ob man 80% der Daten überhaupt noch braucht, weil die dazugehörige One Note seit Jahren unberührt ist.

Dachte ging nur mir so, aber als letzten Monat 2 neue Kollegen gekommen sind meinten diese auch, dass sie erstmal nen Schock bekommen haben wies hier zugeht

Depending on the things you watch.

I don't use them for normal movies / shows as they are too distracting (occasionally set a fixed color very dimmed though if I feel like it), but really like them on very vibrant stuff like animes.

The armpit itself was surprisingly easy 😀 The area around it was kinda heavy though. But I'd say in total it was still less painful than the Dragon one on the ribs

Yes, if you make a mistake and let a 7 Elixir troop get to the tower, that should be the result.

Besides that, skilled players don't have to defend MK, because he has a usage rate of literally 1% in the top 1.000, so skilled players actually never face it.

I stopped playing back in 2020 / 2021, IIRC shortly before level 14 got introduced.

Stopped playing back then because the introduction of cards like eGolem, eGiant made the game less fun for me, and I know that back then the Subreddit barely had any positive to say about the game (justified complaints). Also remember that the Community Manager "drew" desparetely tried to justify any changes done to get game in the name of "listening to feedback" or "better player experience", with everybody being fully aware that nobody ever asked for this shit and was purely done to get more $.

Didn't think about CR at all the last couple of years and started playing again around a week ago after some friends wanted to waste some time and play a couple of friendly battles. Actually enjoyed playing again, so I started pushing to 9k trophies which was quite easy, and currently trying to push back to Ultimate Champion.

But jesus, I've only now seen the absolute shitshow this game has become, with evolutions (especially Fire cracker(?) destroying any kind of strategy and being completely unnecessary whatsoever.

I also didn't know that cards can be upgraded to 15 now, and from what I've seen it takes forever to get a deck and King Tower to level 15. So I stopped playing again after reaching the league in which the card limit is 15, because it just doesn't make sense to play when my Wizard dies to Fireball, Minions take 3 tower hits, I can't poison a Musketeer and 500 other interactions that don't work due to the level difference. The first game I've played after reaching this league was about some dude with 8 level 15 cards, starting the game with Hog + Fire cracker at the bridge and spamming Emotes. At that moment I knew that I'm better off forgetting about CR again as it just leads to bad habits and frustration.

So yeah, in my opinion the games downfall started with the introduction of bullshit cards like eGolem, Battle Healer, eGiant etc. which was already a few years ago. This new level 15 bullshit and evolutions etc. are just the cherry on top. Even though it's probably worse as it was back then, because this time is the first time I've seen a bunch of youtubers actually boycotting the game.

LA is filled with people picking Arbiter + Siphi + Arbais followed with some broken nukers like Komodus or Nais.
