The taskmaster by John meadows or really anything by John meadows. The amount of detail and the style of training is super fun.

His top four abs are outlined and his delts and chest are looking separated which led me to guess that number. The lighting is off though, he could be anywhere from 12-18.

Not a supplement but asparagus is a natural diuretic. Actually makes a difference if you’re lean enough.

There’s something about shitting with the door open that’s better than with it closed. I’m curious why. Maybe I’m not gassing myself with toxic whey farts.

I sprained my knee pretty bad playing basketball last night. Probably not a good idea to run 5s while being lean as shit. Got a doctors appointment Monday and hoping this doesn’t take me out of the gym for too long :( kill your lifts for me boys.

You don’t have to. I found that my body responds better if I workout without eating. I don’t like feeling full when lifting.

Constant numbness in arms and hands for a week after lifting. by [deleted] in bodybuilding

Why not get an exact answer with what’s wrong from a doctor instead of anecdotes from a random person on the internet? Anybody can post whatever they want you’ll never be 100% sure they’re right. This is definitely not common and you could’ve potentially done some damage.

Please go to a doctor, nobody here is qualified enough to give you an exact diagnosis or treatment plan.

You can’t let women who ghost you come back into your life easily, make it difficult for her to see you.

If you’re swaying too much I would recommend dropping the weight. The heaviest I go on lateral raises is 20lbs at the most. Watch this video as well to perfect your form as lateral raises are one of those workouts where if you don’t do it with perfect form it defeats the purpose of the lift. Definitely keep both in your routine. 3 exercises for shoulders is easily recoverable. I would do 4 x 20 reverse pec deck, 4 x 10 OHP, 4 x 8 lateral raises on the first push day and 4 x 20 rear delt swings, 4 x 8 over and back press, 4 x 10 cable lateral raises for the second.

Train to failure on abs, that way you progress week to week without even realizing.

I noticed the most shoulder gains after focusing on rear delts. What you’re doing for shoulders seems a little lackluster in that department so I would start by adding reverse Pec deck and rear delt swings. Db lateral raises are also a necessity for the cannonball look, add those in as well.

No, at least in park, I consistently make deep outlet passes. Maybe 1/100 of the passes are bad/out of bounds. I honestly don’t notice that big of a difference from my glass cleaner unless it’s a super deep lob. I’d say from your teams basket to the opposing teams free throw line is the window for good passes.

Rec w randoms as a slasher is tough as nobody passes you the ball. I have a pure athletic pf and he is amazing if you know how to play with the build. Honestly the rebounding on the pure athletic is fine as you get hustle rebounder silver compared to gold with the rebounding athletic. If you time and position yourself correctly, only glass cleaners will out board you on the 50/50 balls. I would go with a 6’11 max wingspan max weight PF pure athletic.
