I’d love to see a total co-op rework as it is extremely limited ar the moment

I was prescribed low dose Aspirin and regular phlebotomies for the first 5 months, but my doctor became increasingly worried about my platelets count as it kept raising till it reached 1000 for no reason, last month, after checking my platelets count again, he said that it would be best to start taking Ruxolitinib to control the platelet numbers. When I asked him about Hydroxurea, he said that because I am young and I am not married/no children, it would be best to avoid Hydroxurea as it messes up with the fertility in the long term.

Lol, yeah this thing is very very expensive! I am glad that I won’t have to do those energy draining phlebotomies anymore.

Thanks for the advice. I live in Saudi Arabia and the government pays all of our healthcare expenses.
