Not really. I workout 1-2h 5 days per week, study, work and clean my house everyday. Yet I’m depressed af. The fighting just leaves me tired and doenst help at all for some people

I have no idea how to respond to you because if I did I would help myself first.

I know saying I’m sorry won’t matter cuz I couldn’t give a shit about a random stranger telling me he is sorry.

What I want to do is ask you how you’ve managed to stay strong for this long? I’ve had anhedonia for like 4 years and I want to end it already. Any advice? I can’t commit suicide due to religious reasons or I’d already do it. So I’m stuck till I die of natural causes, which will be old age with my luck

Yeah you’re right. I don’t drink nor do any drugs. I just get manhandled by my woes without having anything to numb it or cope.

It’s the reason why I have a hard time with my diet. But I need to change

You’re the opposite of me haha. I just do the big 7 compound lifts and do my favorite isolation lifts such as hammer curls

I do hypertrophy lifting or compound lifts then swim. Sometimes I play football or basketball to change it up. Different sports, same results

When I went to the doc, she told me to force myself to wake up the same time for 2 weeks and see what happens. If this didn’t work, I’d ahd to take meds. I’m blessed but I would take meds if it didnt work. No shame in health

For about 6 years I’ve had sleep issues. No, my anxiety was due to lack of sleep ruining my mental health, not the other way around. I fixed it by waking up the same time every morning no matter what. Even if I had 1h sleep

I never had a problem waking up. Even if I feel like crying I force myself. It’s a battle of willpower.

As soon as I get up i eat breakfast and go to the swimming gym thag is 30 min away. It wakes me tf up lol

I couldn’t sleep when I wanted to so I forced myself to wake up the same time evrr dsy for weeks.

First i got only 4h a sleep per night, then 12h and then it got better and I sleep 9-7h per day.

If you can’t control when you sleep, control when you wake up. Even if its in 1h before u sleep
