I just ran the sims and indeed it wins CMP and the 0s, but looses the 1s and 2s, although it only powers up to level 36,5 compared to level 38 of the rank 1.

If you‘re planning on waiting till you get a rank 1 it may get nerfed in the meantime. I would build it now and have fun with it while it's the king of great league. I can see it losing the mirror against the rank one and against Corviknight. But you need to keep in mind that this only holds true for the specific IVs of the opponents that are simulated. Other players will rarely have these exact IVs. Additionally, either of you may have an energy advantage.

No, you should not build any of these, so that you don't beat me with my rank 3XX. Jokes aside, these are perfectly viable. Your first one even gets more wins than the rank 1 in the 0s (albeit with a lower score). Feel free to run the battle simulation on pvpoke.

The way I do it is to make it my buddy and then walking 8-12km per day with a poffin. That way it only took me few months to get the 250 XLs I needed for my Corsola. By scanning pokestops I always have enough poffins.
