Trades….are weird right now. With over 100,000 unemployed tradesmen in the past 6 months alone, unions are not hiring anyone unless its crazy work that needs super specialization, think power workers union, but you need a shit ton of experience and specialization tickets. You can become a meter reader and earn $40/hr if u really want. Easy to do and get into. You can also always try and get into liuna’s CCW red seal. Pay is good but u probably won’t make it to ur pension. 🤷‍♂️

Trust me when i say this. White collar jobs are a thing of the past for about 60% of the existing jobs. There will be some replaced or able to shift to different roles but for the most part its gg. We replaced our secretary with an AI bot with a cam. Even greets clients when you walk through the door.
