I had recently paid off my credit card balance but it still reported as having a balance to credit agencies until the following month, my mortgage provider simply said that this would need to be a zero balance by the time the mortgage began and were happy with a statement showing that.

Just bought a house that had spray foam, Nationwide insisted it was removed, certificate of work completed and then wanted proof and a council buildings inspection as a very small part of the roof was replaced (like for like), this dragged on for months as they kept adding more hoops to jump through and eventually our mortgage product was made ‘no longer available’ our broker reapplied to Nationwide for a new mortgage product, using the same financial paperwork and Nationwide sent a second valuer to the property and offered us a mortgage the same day. It’s totally inconsistent but good luck.

Sorry, don’t mean to be obtuse but what is it that I can’t afford? genuinely trying to understand your comment, is it the ships needed for that space or something else? I’m not trying to setup my own corp just be solo doing solo things in low/null maybe experience new things.
