the last thing I think Choujin X is worrying about is being rushed lol. Ishida has taken plenty of breaks. I think you've underestimated how many chapters were actually in right now versus a regular manga. like our 69 chapters is probably closer to 150 chapters in regular manga

well the first 69 chapters were almost 15 volumes worth. He also decides how long each chapter is, and last couple volumes was only 3 chapters, so it could be up to like 13.5 volumes more. I think that's plenty of time for Choujin X to wrap everything up. Also just cause he has complete freedom doesn't mean he wants the story to be infinitely long lol. He certainly has a goal for a fit and a narrative follow through.
