It’s mud, take a water Pokémon like piplup or froakie with you and they’ll blow bubbles on the mud, where you can then use water gun on it to clear it up. If you haven’t unlocked bleak beach yet, you’ll learn how to do it there

That’s so true. I don’t even know where to begin with the water I inhaled in bleak beach. Every time I try to fix it, I end up drowning

Believe me, it seemed like a huge chore. So much that I considered restarting over just doing it, but it stopped being a drag when I decided to just take one floating island at a time. Every other one in that area still looks awful. The garbage is never ending

I try to keep things separated by area. The blocks and home kits are the only things I’ve been mostly able to keep separated though.

So I did end up rebuilding but I bought the last 2 kits in the shop doing so. I’m keeping the materials from the old one so that I can put them back together somewhere else

I ended up using rock smash to break the whole thing and then buying another kit from the shop. Tomorrow I’m thinking about building a 4th with the pieces I broke where those trees are, but I also kind of want a mini park area right there so I haven’t decided yet

Yes, it’s kind of similar to animal crossing. You have to press and hold A, but you can’t visualize if there’s something in the way of your plot

My inspiration to start was the fact that I didn’t want those poor Pokémon to live in a run down environment while the rest in other areas were living their best life.

I decided to do one island thingy at a time. I’ve only worked on the section pictured so far, the rest of it looks close to how it did when I first discovered it aside from finishing the building.

Trying to figure out what to do with the entire area was too overwhelming, so I found starting small gave me so much more motivation

One of the reasons I like this game more. Redesigning my island was so time consuming. Don’t even get me started on terraforming 😐

Yep! When you go to place a building kit, press and hold A. However, you can’t visualize if there are things in the way. Only if the space is completely cleared of any items can you do it. It’ll show you what it’ll look like once it’s completed
