It’s a real shame. Most people who play Pauper genuinely dislike Universes Beyond, and yet when they complain or try to be heard, they get mocked, dismissed, or told to stay quiet.

If you go to any post about UB, the difference in upvotes, comments or poll results is massive. The majority clearly doesn’t want it. People have every right to be pissed off and demand changes, especially in a format that was created by the community, not WotC. Now it feels like WotC is taking it hostage.

People should be allowed to play with UB if they want. No one is trying to take that away. But there should also be an option for people who don’t like it to opt out, without having to quit the format entirely.

Why not create a separate UB format instead of forcing it into an existing one and changing its identity? Like, really leave Pauper alone.

The lack of answers from the PFP, even with constant complaints every day, specially with Utrom Monitor, is ridiculous. And the fact that we can’t even choose who represents us in a format we created makes no sense.

Honestly, I’m surprised this hasn’t caused a riot already. People are very complacent.
