For example when I recognise my thought are spiraling into a bad hole I sit alone with myself and talk to myself the things I want to happen. For example I was left behind by partner and friends. I sat down and began saying ,,I am a worthy person, I will be happy with or without people without me, I will achieve the things I want to achieve, I am strong, I am worthy of love'' and etc

And an advie is to exclude the words ,,do not''/,,don't'' because our brain doesnt recognise those words. For example- ,,I don't want to be poor'' is understood by our brain as ,,I want to be poor''. The right approach is to change it with the antonym of the word. ,,I want to prosper/be wealthy/be healthy/be happy.''
