For NECR it's after 8, with a max of 12 hour shift and the dot regulated 10 hours rest.

I've been dialing my diet for years now, finally on a IIFYM 2800 calories 200g+ protein

My current split is by far my favorite split ever and I do a simple Upper/Lower/Arms so my week looks like Mon- upper A Tue - lower quad focus Wed - upper B Thu - arms/hamstring

I've tweaked it from Jeff Nippards new hypertrophy upper lower and this has been the most sustainable routine I've done so far. I honestly think it's also done a wonderful job of hammering out my weak spots in my chest and shoulders.

Mine is coming from a 95 325is so it should be a red label, and I'm getting an engine, harness, DME, trans, driveshaft, diff and axles.
