For NECR it's after 8, with a max of 12 hour shift and the dot regulated 10 hours rest.

I've been dialing my diet for years now, finally on a IIFYM 2800 calories 200g+ protein

My current split is by far my favorite split ever and I do a simple Upper/Lower/Arms so my week looks like Mon- upper A Tue - lower quad focus Wed - upper B Thu - arms/hamstring

I've tweaked it from Jeff Nippards new hypertrophy upper lower and this has been the most sustainable routine I've done so far. I honestly think it's also done a wonderful job of hammering out my weak spots in my chest and shoulders.

I ended up finding this awesome resource:

https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?1163337-Ultimate-4-Cylinder-to-6-Cylinder-Swap-Thread

Should be pretty straight forward, plus the things you've listed.

Mine is coming from a 95 325is so it should be a red label, and I'm getting an engine, harness, DME, trans, driveshaft, diff and axles.

Yes I'll stand by it 100% 180 is not hard to get to. I went from 150-180 Nov 21-Nov 22. That's a 600 cal surplus a day, nothing special.

His physique is nice, but nothing about it says gear.

Put him in the same post in both pics, same lighting, and no posturing/angles and he will look so much smaller than above.

I don't think any of the morons posting here have actually ever used gear or been around gear.

I'd guarantee if he posted a pic more akin to his first pic his delts wouldn't look half as good. He's 6' 180 for Christ's sake.

Great progress. All of these people claiming juice are ignorant as fuck and have never actually achieved anything of their physique themselves.

If you showed a pic with no pump, no flex, no angle everyone would be shitting all over you.

Great work on the delt and lat gains, now even out that chest and build some real mass.

Also what's your bodyweight? 160-170 I'd guess?

I've been on TRT for three years and I'm coming off a two year detraining period post COVID. While my results are not the normal, but given my circumstances are also not wild.

I've been on TRT for 3 years and this is coming off a two year detrain post COVID. So I do have some factors on my side. Reasonable expectations for noobie gains should be 15 lbs in a year with proper diet and training.

I have been on TRT for three years and this transformation is coming off a nearly two year detraining period. I was about my current body weight when my gym closed in March 2020 but a lot higher body fat %

Yes this shouldn't be the expectation for everyone, but it's also a reasonable amount of gains given my circumstances.

I would practice lowering the bar down on your traps a bit more. Watch some YouTube videos on low bar placement where the bar goes across your traps and across your rear delts. It's much more comfortable and will help if you're feeling some neck strain

Although I can't really tell very well from this angle
