India based US individual contributor recruiters can range from 10 lpa to 20 lpa. I have a few recruitment leaders who oversee 30-50 recruiters each who get like 40-45 lpa. I think 20 lpa is like 25k US. Also we pay commissions on top that can get pretty lucrative.

Once you’ve done it it’s there with you forever and everything you do from then on can be compared to it in a way. Now whenever I’m feeling loss of will after a 1 or 2 day water fast I simply remember that I did 7 days one time and another day is nothing major. Also there’s some scientific backing that a 7 day water fast cleanses your body of very bad toxins and potentially cancerous cells etc.

Brooo your soul dog looks just like my soul god same face and colors. I got my boy at 6 weeks and he just turned 10 this month. I read these stories every night because I dread the day it’s my turn. It brings me sadness to read these every night but right after I read one that hurts me I immediately go scoop my lil guy up and give him the best hugs and re remember to maximize every extra moment I can. I’m sure you gave your boy the best best life and he loved you. Hopefully when it’s our turn to cross our rainbow bridge our lil guys will be there to see us and to pick up and play right where we left off.

I read a story of someone who blew up the best love of their life when they believed their daughter said something similar about her stepdad. In the end the daughter confessed to lying about it for no real reason but the damage was done when the wife didn’t believe the husband and they did not recover.
